Terms of Delivery – General

Sukkamestarit Oy, business ID 2143817-5, address: Kuukuja 2-4, 33420 Tampere. Sells products to companies and adults within the EU area. These terms of delivery apply to ordering products from our online store and to corresponding deliveries.

 

These terms of delivery are valid from 16.5.2018 onwards. We may unilaterally change the terms of delivery from time to time, so please review our terms of delivery in advance each time you order products from our online store.

 

Products and Product Prices

The features and prices of the products in the online store are presented on each product's page. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check the product price in the shopping cart before confirming your order. The prices of the products include value added tax of 24%, which is visible in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation.

 

If you are ordering from Åland, please contact our customer service for a VAT refund.

 

Ordering and Agreement

You can order products from our online store by adding them to your shopping cart and paying for your purchases with your chosen payment method. When ordering from our online store, you are required to have read and committed to our currently valid terms of delivery. You understand that your paid and confirmed order is binding and creates a contract between us according to these terms of delivery.

Payment and Payment Methods

The available payment methods are online banking payment via Paytrail (Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) cooperates with Finnish banks and credit institutions.), MobilePay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, the most common credit cards, Kustom (formerly Klarna), and PayPal. Adyen acts as the intermediary for credit card payments.

 

By confirming the payment, you also accept the product and service evaluation survey, which will be sent to your email. Receiving the survey does not obligate you to respond to it.

 

Order confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email, including the contact information you provided and a breakdown of the products you ordered. Please check the accuracy of the order confirmation, and if you notice any errors, contact our customer service.

 

The order confirmation is not binding and does not mean that a contract has been made between the customer and the seller. A binding contract is only formed when we send you a delivery confirmation by email. 

 

Delivery method

Your order will be delivered using the delivery method you selected when placing the order.

 

Delivery time

Delivery times for different delivery methods are specified below the Delivery Terms heading. Sukkamestarit Oy is not responsible for any delays in delivery times caused by the carrier.

 

Checking the shipment, errors, and problem situations

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If any product(s) are missing or products have been damaged during transport, or if the products otherwise do not match your order, please contact our online store's customer service directly. Our customer service representatives will assist you with questions related to your order.

Limitation of liability

Sukkamestarit Oy is not liable for anything related to the order, delivery, or product, or for any indirect or direct or other damage caused by any of the above, except as required by mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law regarding such damage.

 

Disputes

We aim to resolve any disputes regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our customer service first.

If a dispute regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) to be resolved. Before bringing the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advisory Service of the local register office (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
