Sukkamestarit is the only sock factory in Europe to use open-end NATIVA merino wool in its products. NATIVA merino wool is produced with respect for people, animals and nature. We currently save 700 000 litres of drinking water per year. How on earth do we do this?

Description

Merino wool Pihka socks with a low sneaker toe.

Pihka socks use resin polyamide, where the resin is contained within the yarn and released onto the skin when rubbed. The socks can prevent dryness and cracking of the skin, as well as the smell of sweat. The resin socks feel comfortable on the foot, with merino wool for warmth and breathability, keeping feet dry. Please do not wear Pihka socks if you are allergic to resin.

The sneaker length is perfect for wearing with sneakers. Sneakers Do not tighten, seamless toe prevents blisters.

This product is also made in Sukkamestare's own factory in Ylöjärvi with 100% Finnish labour.

26% Polyamide - Prexelent® Resin
22% Polyamide

Care instructions:

we recommend pre-washing merino wool socks before use
for merino wool socks, airing is often sufficient
careful washing at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius
use as light a spin as possible
the use of a wash bag saves wear and tear on the product
do not use detergents containing rinsing agents or bleaching agents
do not use a tumble dryer or drying programmes
please note that merino wool socks will shrink in the wash, please shape/stretch the socks while damp to restore the original size
use a lint remover - merino wool socks are easily linted by rubbing

Merino wool NATIVA™

Wool is a warm and breathable material. Sheep wool has excellent performance characteristics, as it breathes and insulates heat well. Self-renewing and biodegradable, natural fibre absorbs moisture well, does not wrinkle and straightens quickly. For wool products, airing rather than washing is sometimes sufficient. Wool is naturally fire-retardant, highly resistant to bacteria and mould.
