Description

Merino wool durable sweat-absorbing socks with a 3-layer structure. The socks have a normal-length cuff.

Thanks to the 3-layer structure, the best properties of the materials used in the socks have been brought out. The multilayer construction makes the socks very durable and keeps your feet very dry even through a long day. The thermal rating of the socks is 3, so they are well suited for use even in light frost. The normal-length cuff also effectively protects the ankles from the cold.

Juva sweat-absorbing socks are best suited for those who like thin and smooth socks, but want more durability and functionality from them. They are especially well suited for feet that suffer from sweating.

Merino wool in the outer layer makes the socks primarily warm, but it also has antibacterial properties. Thanks to this, the socks do not start to smell easily, even if your feet sweat in them from time to time. Merino wool also adds breathability to the socks. The polypropylene in the innermost layer effectively wicks moisture away from the skin, keeping feet dry.

The thin and snug-fitting socks fit well into all kinds of footwear, from tight sneakers to boots.

This product is also made in Sukkamestarit’s own factory in Ylöjärvi with 100% Finnish work.

Care instructions:

we recommend pre-washing merino wool socks before use
for merino wool socks, airing is often sufficient
careful washing at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius
use as light a spin as possible
the use of a wash bag saves wear and tear on the product
do not use detergents containing rinsing agents or bleaching agents
do not use a tumble dryer or drying programmes
please note that merino wool socks will shrink in the wash, please shape/stretch the socks while damp to restore the original size
use a lint remover - merino wool socks are easily linted by rubbing

Merino wool NATIVA™

Wool is a warm and breathable material. Sheep wool has excellent performance characteristics, as it breathes and insulates heat well. Self-renewing and biodegradable, natural fibre absorbs moisture well, does not wrinkle and straightens quickly. For wool products, airing rather than washing is sometimes sufficient. Wool is naturally fire-retardant, highly resistant to bacteria and mould.
