Sukkamestarit is the only sock factory in Europe to use open-end NATIVA merino wool in its products. NATIVA merino wool is produced with respect for people, animals and nature. We currently save 700 000 litres of drinking water per year. How on earth do we do this?

Description

Knee-high socks with a graphic pattern are a clear and fresh choice for bringing extra warmth and style to your outfit. With knee-high socks, you can choose a skirt more often even in colder weather.

The socks are thin in thickness, making them comfortable to wear, for example, on a daily basis. As their name suggests, the sock leg reaches almost to the knee, to the upper part of the calf. These knee-high socks have a thermal rating of 3, which is just the right warmth for everyday use both indoors and outdoors.

Knee-high socks are an easy way to liven up or emphasize your own style. Pair knee-high socks with any skirt. Thanks to the long leg, they provide extra warmth and protect your legs from the cold.

The product is made of merino wool, which is a highly breathable, warming and naturally antibacterial material. The merino wool we use is responsibly produced NATIVA merino wool. Merino wool is soft and non-itchy, so it is also suitable for sensitive skin. Polyamide keeps the colors fresh. A touch of elastane has been added to the product to provide extra stretch.

NOTE! The sock leg and cuff are snug in sizing.

This product is also made at Sukkamestarit’s own factory in Ylöjärvi with 100% Finnish workmanship.

40% Polyamide
2% Elastane

Care instructions:

we recommend pre-washing merino wool socks before use
for merino wool socks, airing is often sufficient
careful washing at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius
use as light a spin as possible
the use of a wash bag saves wear and tear on the product
do not use detergents containing rinsing agents or bleaching agents
do not use a tumble dryer or drying programmes
please note that merino wool socks will shrink in the wash, please shape/stretch the socks while damp to restore the original size
use a lint remover - merino wool socks are easily linted by rubbing

Merino wool NATIVA™

Wool is a warm and breathable material. Sheep wool has excellent performance characteristics, as it breathes and insulates heat well. Self-renewing and biodegradable, natural fibre absorbs moisture well, does not wrinkle and straightens quickly. For wool products, airing rather than washing is sometimes sufficient. Wool is naturally fire-retardant, highly resistant to bacteria and mould.
