Description

Moisture-wicking socks with a merino wool terry sole and a discreet toe seam. The wool sole section has “wool sole” knitted in red. The thermal rating of the socks is 4, meaning they are truly warm. If desired, the warmth of the socks can be maximized by wearing thin merino wool liner socks underneath them.

Klemi socks have a light elastic compression at the arch, which improves the fit of the socks. The wool sole has several layers of knit, the innermost layer against the skin being polypropylene and the outermost layer merino wool. The shaft is a normal sports-sock length. The top part over the toes is knitted with a discreet toe seam, which helps prevent chafing.

Wool-sole socks are ideal for everyday use at work and leisure in cooler weather, but they are also a great choice for sports and outdoor activities.

In addition to warmth, merino wool gives the socks breathability and antibacterial properties. The socks do not start to smell easily, even if your feet sweat during the day, which also extends the time between washes and keeps them fresh longer. Polypropylene in the innermost layer of the socks efficiently wicks moisture away from the skin, keeping your feet dry. Cotton and polyamide improve the socks’ durability.

For the tightest shoes, Klemi socks may be a little too thick, but they work well, for example, in hiking boots and boots.

This product is also made at Sukkamestarit’s own factory in Ylöjärvi with 100% Finnish labor.

Care instructions:

wash at a maximum of 40 degrees
we do not recommend using fabric softener
do not use a tumble dryer or drying programs
reshape the socks firmly while damp

NOTE! If the socks contain merino wool, the maximum wash temperature is 40 degrees.
