Solid-colored merino wool tennis socks for everyday use in sports and leisure, with a terry sole.

The ankle-length Kontu merino wool socks are easy to combine with sporty, active everyday wear and sports. The merino wool socks provide just the right amount of warmth. The elastic knit in the shaft keeps the sock securely on the foot. They are medium-thickness socks and work well in roomier sneakers or casual shoes.

Kontu tennis socks work well for everyday use. With several color options, they are easy to combine with many kinds of outfits.

As a material, merino wool is wonderfully soft, breathable, and warming. Kontu socks are responsibly made from NATIVA merino wool.

This product is also made at Sukkamestarit’s own factory in Ylöjärvi with 100% Finnish labor.

Materials and care

Materials:

64% Villa - Merino NATIVA
34% polyamide
2% Elastane

Care instructions:

we recommend pre-washing merino wool socks before use
for merino wool socks, airing is often sufficient
careful washing at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius
use as light a spin as possible
the use of a wash bag saves wear and tear on the product
do not use detergents containing rinsing agents or bleaching agents
do not use a tumble dryer or drying programmes
please note that merino wool socks will shrink in the wash, please shape/stretch the socks while damp to restore the original size
use a lint remover - merino wool socks are easily linted by rubbing

Merino wool NATIVA™

Wool is a warm and breathable material. Sheep wool has excellent performance characteristics, as it breathes and insulates heat well. Self-renewing and biodegradable, natural fibre absorbs moisture well, does not wrinkle and straightens quickly. For wool products, airing rather than washing is sometimes sufficient. Wool is naturally fire-retardant, highly resistant to bacteria and mould.

A really good sock. For once I found the right size. Usually they offer a 37?39 which is always too big for a size 37. Comfortable on the foot and good length of the shaft. No complaints at this stage. I appreciate the domesticity! Delivery was prompt and service good. Thank you very much!

After a short time of use, the heel has become fuzzy. Could also be due to the wool socks I use. I appreciate the domesticity! Delivery was prompt and service good. Thank you very much! Ps. I couldn't get the pictures of the grey socks removed.
