Warm greetings from the sheep of La Magdalena farm! La Magdalena farm has a long tradition of raising Merino wool sheep. The work is now being carried out by the fourth generation. These socks are a tribute to the long-term work of our wool farm and to their passion for a responsible production method that respects diversity and animal rights. This sock has just the right amount of character: a light, easy-to-match shade and a stylized sheep pattern on the side. The overall look is clean and timeless, yet still interesting.

Merino wool makes the sock comfortable to wear all day long. It keeps you warm in the cold, but breathes so your feet don’t get sweaty. In use, this material wicks away moisture and helps keep feet drier and fresher. The sock cuff keeps the fit snug without unnecessary compression.

These lovely socks are designed for everyday use all year round; for work, leisure, walks and travel. When you want absolute comfort while being on your feet a lot or wearing shoes.

Merino wool balances temperature: it feels comfortable in both cool and warm conditions. As a material, it is also naturally antibacterial, so it keeps feet pleasantly fresh even on long days.

Thin Merino wool socks are designed to be excellent as year-round everyday socks. They brighten up your everyday life in changing conditions indoors and outdoors.

This product is also made in Sukkamestarit’s own factory in Ylöjärvi with 100% Finnish work.

Materials and care

58% Wool - Merino NATIVA
40% Polyamide
2% Elastane

Care instructions:

we recommend pre-washing merino wool socks before use
for merino wool socks, airing is often sufficient
careful washing at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius
use as light a spin as possible
the use of a wash bag saves wear and tear on the product
do not use detergents containing rinsing agents or bleaching agents
do not use a tumble dryer or drying programmes
please note that merino wool socks will shrink in the wash, please shape/stretch the socks while damp to restore the original size
use a lint remover - merino wool socks are easily linted by rubbing

Merino wool NATIVA™

Wool is a warm and breathable material. Sheep wool has excellent performance characteristics, as it breathes and insulates heat well. Self-renewing and biodegradable, natural fibre absorbs moisture well, does not wrinkle and straightens quickly. For wool products, airing rather than washing is sometimes sufficient. Wool is naturally fire-retardant, highly resistant to bacteria and mould.
