Vire - non-constricting socks, merino wool

Merino wool, smooth ankle socks with a non-constricting cuff. In terms of thermal value, the Vire socks are rated 3, meaning they are very warm despite their thin structure. The cuff's ribbing is knitted to be more flexible and looser than usual, which gives the socks a non-constricting feel on the foot.

Non-constricting socks are best suited for those with swollen feet who often find regular socks too tight around the ankle and calf. These socks are well-suited for daily use, both for everyday wear and more formal occasions.

Merino wool makes the socks highly breathable and helps keep feet dry despite occasional sweating. Merino wool is also naturally antibacterial, so the socks stay fresh longer as the main material repels unwanted odors. Polyamide has been added to increase the socks' durability.

The thin Vire socks fit almost any footwear, from sneakers to loafers and winter boots. For heavy-duty footwear, we recommend a thicker sock.

This product is also made at Sukkamestari's own factory in Ylöjärvi with 100% Finnish labor.
