Terms of Delivery – General
General
Sukkamestarit Ltd, business ID 2143817-5, address: Kuukuja 2-4, 33420 Tampere. Sells products to companies and adult private individuals within the EU area. These delivery terms apply to ordering products in our online store as well as to corresponding deliveries.
These delivery terms are valid from 16 May 2018. We may change the delivery terms unilaterally from time to time, so please review our delivery terms in advance each time you order products from our online store.
Products and Product Prices
The characteristics and prices of the online store products are presented on each product's product page. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check the product price in the shopping cart before accepting the order. Product prices include 24% VAT, which is shown in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation.
If you place an order from Åland, please contact our customer service for a VAT refund.
Ordering and Agreement
You can order products from our online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the purchases using the payment method of your choice. When ordering from our online store, you are required to have read and accepted our delivery terms in force at the time. You understand that your paid and confirmed order is binding, and that these delivery terms create a contract between us.

Payment and payment methods
The available payment methods are online bank payment via Paytrail (), MobilePay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, the most common credit cards, Klarna and PayPal. Adyen acts as the payment intermediary for credit cards.
By confirming the payment, you also accept the product and service review survey that will be sent to your email. However, receiving the survey does not oblige you to respond to it.
Order confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email containing the contact details you provided as well as an itemization of the products you ordered. Please check that the information in the order confirmation is correct, and if you notice any errors, please contact our customer service.
The order confirmation is not binding, and it does not mean that a contract has been made between the customer and the seller. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a delivery confirmation by email.
Delivery method
Your order will be delivered using the delivery method you selected when placing the order. Please read the more detailed delivery terms here.
Delivery time
Delivery times for different delivery methods are defined under the Delivery terms heading. Sukkamestarit Ltd is not responsible for possible delays by the transport company in delivery times.
Checking the shipment, defects and problem situations
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If a product/products are missing or the products have been damaged during transport, or if the products otherwise do not correspond to your order, please contact our online store customer service directly. Our customer service representatives will assist you with any questions related to your order.

Limitation of liability
Sukkamestarit Ltd is not liable for anything related to the order, delivery or product, or for any indirect or direct or other damage caused by any of the above, except to the extent that mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law have stipulated otherwise with regard to the damage in question.
Disputes
We aim to resolve any possible disputes concerning your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our customer service first.
If a dispute concerning a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may bring the matter before the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advisory Service of the Local Register Offices (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
