Aakko - sweat socks, organic cotton

Multi-layer socks knitted from organic cotton, more commonly known as sweat-absorbing socks with a normal-length shaft.

The most notable feature of Aakko socks is Multilayer in the sole area of the sock. The innermost layer, against the skin, is knitted from polypropylene, whose main purpose is to wick moisture away from the skin. The outermost layer is organic cotton, which makes the sock more breathable and increases durability. The shaft is normal in length and snug-fitting. The socks have a discreet toe seam, which helps prevent chafing and blisters from forming on the foot.

The socks are ideal for everyday use on feet that tend to sweat easily. Aakko socks are also an excellent choice if you like traditional thin socks but want extra durability or a longer service life from your socks.

Cotton as a material is great for the spring and autumn transitional seasons, when the weather is mild or warm. Cotton does not provide warmth for the feet, so in winter they are mainly suitable for indoor use or at least require thicker merino wool socks as companions when going outdoors.

This product is also made at Sukkamestarit’s own factory in Ylöjärvi with 100% Finnish work.
