Description

The Classic Grid dress socks feature a clean check pattern with clean lines and a timeless design that's easy to mix and match with a wide range of outfits. The socks in the Classic range are slightly longer than the normal ankle length to prevent the sleeves of the suit trousers from rising above the socks.

The thin and smooth texture of the sock is comfortable on the foot. Classic Grid socks are made using the finest sockmakers' techniques. Special attention has been paid to the heel and toe to ensure a good fit. The seamless toe also prevents the formation of blisters or chafing.

Thanks to their slim construction, the socks fit well with dress shoes as well as with more casual footwear such as tennis shoes.

Made from responsibly sourced NATIVA merino wool, the socks are breathable, soft and always just the right amount of warmth.

Merino wool socks are a good choice all year round.

This product is also made in Sukkamestare's own factory in Ylöjärvi with 100% Finnish labour.

Care instructions:

we recommend pre-washing merino wool socks before use
for marine socks, airing alone is often sufficient
careful washing at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius
use as light a spin as possible
the use of a wash bag saves wear and tear on the product
do not use detergents containing rinsing agents or bleaching agents
do not use a tumble dryer or drying programmes
please note that merino wool socks will shrink in the wash, please shape/stretch the socks while damp to restore the original size
use a lint remover - merino wool socks are easily linted by rubbing

Wool is a warm and breathable material. Sheep wool has excellent performance characteristics, as it breathes and insulates heat well. Self-renewing and biodegradable, natural fibre absorbs moisture well, does not wrinkle and straightens quickly. For wool products, airing rather than washing is sometimes sufficient. Wool is naturally fire-retardant, highly resistant to bacteria and mould.
