Merino wool thermal socks with an unobtrusive toe seam and a slightly longer-than-normal shaft.

Kaane Jr socks feel thin, but several layers of merino wool are knitted into the sole to provide extra warmth. The shaft is snug and slightly longer than normal. You can also find Kaane socks in adult sizes.

The thermal socks work perfectly on their own, for example when spending time outdoors in cool weather, but if desired, you can wear thicker merino wool socks over them and use Kaane Jr socks as a liner sock. They are also good everyday socks for work and leisure.

Merino wool makes the socks breathable and comfortable to wear. Merino wool is generally also suitable for those who get skin symptoms from regular wool. Naturally antibacterial merino wool also repels unwanted odors, keeping the socks fresh and usable for longer. Polyamide adds extra durability to the socks.

The thin and snug socks are well suited for running shoes, boots, and wellingtons alike.

Care instructions:

we recommend pre-washing merino wool socks before use
for merino wool socks, airing is often sufficient
careful washing at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius
use as light a spin as possible

do not use detergents containing rinsing agents or bleaching agents
do not use a tumble dryer or drying programmes
please note that merino wool socks will shrink in the wash, please shape/stretch the socks while damp to restore the original size
use a lint remover - merino wool socks are easily linted by rubbing
