Klicks - merino wool socks for tactical use

Klicks socks are technical, and truly soft merino wool socks with a sports cuff slightly longer than normal. On the back of the ribbing, on the outside, the Uphill Klicks text is knitted.

The slightly longer-than-normal sports cuff is stretchy, and reaches well to cover, for example, the legs of base layer pants. The foot part is made of soft, thick terry knit, knitted entirely from a blend of merino wool and polypropylene. On the top of the toes there is a discreet toe seam that prevents chafing. The warmth rating of the socks is 4, meaning they are well suited even when worn on their own in freezing weather.

The fairly thick merino wool socks work well on their own, but if necessary you can wear thin merino wool liner socks underneath for extra warmth. Klicks socks are an excellent choice for outdoor activities in cold weather, such as being out in nature or going for a walk.

Polypropylene’s job is to wick moisture away from the skin so that the feet stay dry and warm. Merino wool, in turn, increases breathability and adds warmth. Antibacterial merino wool also keeps the socks fresh for longer and extends washing intervals, as it prevents odors from forming in the socks.

For the tightest shoes, Klicks may be too thick, but they are perfectly suited for hiking and trekking shoes and boots, for example.

This product is also made at Sukkamestarit’s own factory in Ylöjärvi with 100% Finnish labor.
