Kota - technical merino wool socks for skiing

Merino wool knee-high socks knitted with a beautiful snowflake pattern for winter outdoor activities.

Kota socks have a thin shaft, which also makes them a good fit for tight ski boots. The socks have elastane throughout the entire shaft, which helps distribute the pressure of the snug shaft evenly across the whole leg. The soft and thick merino wool terry sole feels comfortable and keeps your feet warm even in severe frost. The 4-layer structure makes the socks durable and brings out the best properties of the materials used.

They are best on the ski slopes or cross-country ski trails, but they are also excellent for any snow sport where full-leg protection against snow and cold is needed.

Merino wool primarily makes the socks very warm and soft, and they are also suitable for those who get skin symptoms from regular wool. In addition, merino wool prevents the formation of unwanted odors, so you do not have to worry about even a little foot sweat on the slopes. Polypropylene, on the other hand, effectively wicks moisture away from the skin and keeps your feet dry and warm.

Kota socks may be too thick for the narrowest shoes because of their terry sole, but they do fit almost all ski and snowboard boots and winter shoes.

This product is also made in Sukkamestarit's own factory in Ylöjärvi with 100% Finnish labor.
