The Lamu socks come in a range of colours to match your own moment of hygge to your outfit. The untightened, flexible shaft keeps the sock snug on your foot, but doesn't create a feeling of pressure on your shin and calf. The seamless toe seam prevents blisters.

The Lamu socks are best suited for cozy moments, as well as for loose-fitting shoes to create extra warmth when paired with a thin merino wool sock liner.

The socks are made from responsibly produced NATIVA merino wool with an open production chain. The Lamu socks are made with a generous amount of merino wool, which keeps your feet warm, breathable and comfortable. Merino wool is soft and does not itch even the most sensitive skin.

This product is also made at Sukkamestarei's own factory in Ylöjärvi with 100% Finnish labour.

Care instructions:

we recommend pre-washing merino wool socks before use
for marine socks, airing alone is often sufficient
careful washing at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius
use as light a spin as possible
the use of a wash bag saves wear and tear on the product
do not use detergents containing rinsing agents or bleaching agents
do not use a tumble dryer or drying programmes
please note that merino wool socks will shrink in the wash, please shape/stretch the socks while damp to restore the original size
use a lint remover - merino wool socks are easily linted by rubbing

EOKUX

Wool is a warm and breathable material. Sheep wool has excellent performance characteristics, as it breathes and insulates heat well. Self-renewing and biodegradable, natural fibre absorbs moisture well, does not wrinkle and straightens quickly. For wool products, airing rather than washing is sometimes sufficient. Wool is naturally fire-retardant, highly resistant to bacteria and mould.
