These socks are made from ethically produced NATIVA merino wool, so you can enjoy their warmth and softness with a clear conscience. Our raccoon pattern socks bring a touch of nature and playfulness to your everyday life. Thanks to their broken colours, the socks create a calm and elegant look.

Merino wool's natural thermoregulation and breathability keep little feet comfortable on both cool and warm days. The flexible fit ensures comfort and freedom of movement, which is important for children who are constantly on the move. Polyamide has been added to the socks to give them the durability needed for the hard wear and tear of play and romping.

The raccoon socks are perfect for a busy day at school, playing in the yard or even a trip to the woods! For extra warmth, wear even thicker terry socks over these to keep your toes warm on cold winter days.

This product is also made at Sukkamestarei's own factory in Ylöjärvi with 100% Finnish labour.

Care instructions:

we recommend pre-washing merino wool socks before use
for marine socks, airing alone is often sufficient
careful washing at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius
use as light a spin as possible
the use of a wash bag saves wear and tear on the product
do not use detergents containing rinsing agents or bleaching agents
do not use a tumble dryer or drying programmes
please note that merino wool socks will shrink in the wash, please shape/stretch the socks while damp to restore the original size
use a lint remover - merino wool socks are easily linted by rubbing

Merino wool NATIVA™

Wool is a warm and breathable material. Sheep wool has excellent performance characteristics, as it breathes and insulates heat well. Self-renewing and biodegradable, natural fibre absorbs moisture well, does not wrinkle and straightens quickly. For wool products, airing rather than washing is sometimes sufficient. Wool is naturally fire-retardant, highly resistant to bacteria and mould.
