Delivery conditions - Delivery charges
Possible delivery charges for your order are available at the checkout before you pay for your order.
When the total amount of the products you have ordered in Finland is at least 50 euros, the order will be delivered free of charge to Matkahuolto, PostNord or Post's service points or post box.

When the total amount of the products you have ordered (in Finland) is at least 100 euros, the order can also be delivered free of charge by Matkahuolto Home Delivery or as a Home Parcel by Post.

Delivery options
Mobile XXS-box delivery
Up to 3 x 25 x 40 cm.
The parcel will be delivered to the recipient's post box or letterbox within 2-4 working days of dispatch. Includes tracking of the parcel.
Travel service XXS parcel
Up to 3 x 25 x 40 cm.
The parcel is delivered to the nearest parcel delivery point to the recipient's address or to a parcel delivery point of the recipient's choice within 1-3 working days of dispatch and is also distributed on Saturdays in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, Tampere, Turku and Oulu. Delivery tracking included.
Posti Small parcel
Up to 3 x 25 x 35 cm.
The parcel will be delivered within 1-3 working days after sending to a post box or letterbox anywhere in Finland (delivery times may vary in rural areas). Delivery tracking included.
Posti Postal parcel
The parcel is delivered to a parcel machine or service point of the recipient's choice within 1-3 working days of dispatch.
PostNord MyPack Collect
The parcel will be delivered to a parcel machine or service point of the recipient's choice within 1-3 working days of dispatch.
Parcel service Nearby Parcel
Parcels are delivered to a service point of the recipient's choice within 1-3 working days of dispatch and are also distributed on Saturdays in the Helsinki metropolitan area, Tampere, Turku and Oulu.
Mobile home delivery
The parcel is delivered to the recipient's home. The delivery time is agreed with the recipient 1-3 working days after dispatch. Evening and weekend deliveries are also available in major cities. Saturday deliveries are available in the capital region, Tampere, Turku and Oulu. Evening deliveries are also available in Joensuu, Jyväskylä, Kouvola, Kuopio, Lahti and Pori.
Posti Kotipaketti
The parcel is delivered to the recipient's home. As a rule, Posti will contact the recipient digitally on the working day following the order and arrange a delivery time. The agreed delivery times vary from 9 am to 9 pm in each region and the recipient can choose the time window that suits him or her, usually within 2-4 hours.
PostNord My Pack Home home parcel
PostNord delivers your parcel to your door on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. throughout Finland and in the evenings from 4.30 p.m. to 10 p.m. in the Helsinki metropolitan area (Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen, Kerava and Tuusula), Turku and Tampere.
If the parcel contains a phone number or e-mail address, we will send the recipient an SMS or e-mail with the option to choose the most convenient delivery time.
GLS Home Parcel (international customers only)
GLS will deliver the parcel directly to your home. Receiving parcels from GLS is easy and hassle-free. You can track the progress of your parcel online. Your parcel will be delivered to your door, or to a pick-up point near you.

You can pick up your parcel during the opening hours listed below as soon as you receive your order confirmation.
Factory outlet: on Mondays and Thursdays from 13-18.
Office: Mon-Fri 8.00-15.30.
Packages collected from the factory are kept for 14 days from the date of dispatch of the delivery confirmation.
Delivery conditions - General
General information
Sukkamestarit Oy, business ID 2143817-5, address: Kuukuja 2-4, 33420 Tampere. Sells products to companies and adult individuals within the EU. These terms of delivery apply to orders placed in our online shop and to similar deliveries.
These terms of delivery are valid from 16.5.2018. We may unilaterally change our terms of delivery from time to time, so please check our terms of delivery each time you order products from our online store.
Products and product prices
The features and prices of the products in our online store are shown on the product page for each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges, so please check the price of the product in your shopping cart before accepting your order. Product prices include VAT at 24%, which is displayed in the shopping cart and on the order confirmation.
Ordering and contract
You can order products from our online shop by adding them to your shopping cart and paying for your purchases using the payment method of your choice. When ordering from our online shop, you are required to have read and agreed to our current delivery terms and conditions. You understand that your order, once paid and confirmed by us, is binding and, by these terms of delivery, creates a contract between us.
Payment and payment methods
Payment options include online banking, MobilePay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, credit card, PayPal, Klarna and Trustly. For invoice related questions, please contact Klarna's customer service directly.
By confirming your payment, you agree to a product and service evaluation questionnaire which will be sent to your email address. However, receipt of the survey does not oblige you to respond to it.

Order confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your contact details and a breakdown of the products you have ordered. Please check the order confirmation for accuracy and if you find any errors, please contact our customer service.
Delivery method
Your order will be delivered by the delivery method you choose when placing your order.
Delivery time
Delivery times for the different delivery methods are defined as follows Delivery conditions-under the heading "Delivery conditions". Sukkamestarit Oy is not responsible for any delays in delivery times by the carrier.
Shipment checks, errors and problems
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If the product(s) are missing or damaged in transit, or if the products do not otherwise match your order, please contact our online store's customer service directly. Our customer service staff will assist you with any questions regarding your order.

Disputes
We will endeavour to resolve any disputes regarding your order by agreement in the first instance, so please contact our customer service department in the first instance.
If a dispute over a sales contract cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Consumer Advisory Service of the Registrar's Office (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
