Plain merino wool socks are an important foundation of everyday dressing. High-quality, pleasantly soft merino wool socks keep your feet warm even in changing conditions. Merino wool is soft and does not itch, even for sensitive skin. The sock’s seamless toe helps prevent blisters and chafing. The elastic structure keeps the sock in place, so it does not roll down.

Merino wool makes the socks breathable and comfortable to wear, as your feet stay dry and the socks do not start to smell, even if your feet do sweat occasionally במהלך the day. Thin merino wool socks are also enough to keep your feet warm even in slight frost.

The socks fit into most everyday shoes, from winter boots to sneakers or even loafers.

This product is also made at Sukkamestarit’s own factory in Ylöjärvi with 100% Finnish labor.

Care instructions:

we recommend pre-washing merino wool socks before use
for merino wool socks, airing is often sufficient
careful washing at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius
use as light a spin as possible
the use of a wash bag saves wear and tear on the product
do not use detergents containing rinsing agents or bleaching agents
do not use a tumble dryer or drying programmes
please note that merino wool socks will shrink in the wash, please shape/stretch the socks while damp to restore the original size
use a lint remover - merino wool socks are easily linted by rubbing

Merino wool NATIVA™

Wool is a warm and breathable material. Sheep wool has excellent performance characteristics, as it breathes and insulates heat well. Self-renewing and biodegradable, natural fibre absorbs moisture well, does not wrinkle and straightens quickly. For wool products, airing rather than washing is sometimes sufficient. Wool is naturally fire-retardant, highly resistant to bacteria and mould.
