Description

Uphill Combat text is knitted on the outside of the opening of the plain-colored socks. The shaft is the length of a normal sports sock and is very elastic.

The most significant feature of Combat socks is the 3-layer structure of the sole, designed to keep feet dry and comfortable during use. The innermost layer of the sock, against the skin, is polypropylene, whose job is to transfer moisture away from the skin to the outer layers of the sock. The outermost layer is merino wool, which makes the socks breathable and adds warmth.

Combat socks are at their best outdoors, during training, or even as work socks at a home office.

Soft and antibacterial merino wool is also suitable for those with sensitive skin and for whom regular wool causes skin irritation. Thanks to its antibacterial properties, the socks do not start to smell easily, even if your feet sweat a little in the socks during the day.

Due to their relatively thin structure, the socks fit all kinds of shoes in principle.

This product is also made at Sukkamestarit’s own factory in Ylöjärvi with 100% Finnish labor.

Care instructions:

we recommend pre-washing merino wool socks before use
for merino wool socks, airing is often sufficient
careful washing at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius
use as light a spin as possible
the use of a wash bag saves wear and tear on the product
do not use detergents containing rinsing agents or bleaching agents
do not use a tumble dryer or drying programmes
please note that merino wool socks will shrink in the wash, please shape/stretch the socks while damp to restore the original size
use a lint remover - merino wool socks are easily linted by rubbing

Merino wool NATIVA™

Wool is a warm and breathable material. Sheep wool has excellent performance characteristics, as it breathes and insulates heat well. Self-renewing and biodegradable, natural fibre absorbs moisture well, does not wrinkle and straightens quickly. For wool products, airing rather than washing is sometimes sufficient. Wool is naturally fire-retardant, highly resistant to bacteria and mould.
