Operator knee - technical wool socks for tactical use

Tactical, knee-high 4-layer socks for warm conditions. The socks have been developed in collaboration with the Royal Netherlands Marine Corps.

The knee-high Operator socks have a 4-layer structure, which makes it possible to use the best properties of the materials used in the socks. The foot section is entirely merino wool, and the arch has a light compression that improves the fit of the socks. There is strong elastane throughout the entire shaft to keep the socks as high as possible. A light padding is knitted into the front of the shaft to increase comfort.

The socks are at their best for tactical use, but they also work well, for example, for summer hiking in warm weather.

Bamboo viscose and polypropylene together effectively wick moisture away from the skin, keeping your feet dry and comfortable. Merino wool improves the breathability of the socks and adds a bit of warmth. Bamboo viscose dries a little slower than the other materials, which is why we recommend the socks for short-term use if your feet are exposed to heavy sweating during activity.

The socks are well suited for hiking and trekking shoes and boots.

This product is also manufactured at Sukkamestarit’s own factory in Ylöjärvi with 100% Finnish workmanship.
