Return instructions

As a consumer, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel or return your order by notifying us no later than 14 days after receipt of the order.

The right to return only applies to unused and unopened products in their original packaging, which must be packed well for return, as you are responsible for the return.

How to make a return declaration and shipping codes

1. Make a return declaration from your profile 

You can also access your profile directly from the homepage by clicking on the character image on the right-hand side:

2. You will receive a login code for your profile by entering the same email address as your subscription.


3. By entering the given login code, you will see a list of your subscriptions. Click on the order number for which your return is valid.

4. Select "request a refund" for the order.

5. Select the products you wish to return and the reason for the return from the drop-down menu.

Finally, click on the "Request a return" button.

Please note that the €5 return fee will be deducted from the total amount of your order.

6. After registering your refund, you will receive an acknowledgement in your profile and email.

Note! You will receive an email confirmation once your return request has been processed by Sukkamestare, but you do not need to wait for the confirmation to be sent to the post office.

7. Pack your items and send them to us in their original packaging.

Return shipments will be made via Postal Service or Matkahuolto. The return package must be marked with the information below for the return:

Please include a shipping list with your return, indicating the items to be returned. Please keep the return receipt you receive until you have received confirmation from us by email that your return has been registered and processed. Once your return has arrived at our warehouse and we have processed it, our payment processor will be notified of your returned items and will send you a new updated invoice or initiate a refund for the returned items, depending on the payment method you selected at the time of purchase.
