Return packages from outside Finland

How to do it?
• Pack the products and send them to us in their original packaging.
• Include a delivery note with the return, indicating the products being returned.
• Return the products using a carrier of your choice. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Please keep the receipt for the return until you receive an email confirmation from us confirming that your return has been registered and processed.
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse and we have processed it, our payment service provider will be notified about the returned products and will send you a new updated invoice or initiate a refund for the returned items, depending on the payment method you selected at the time of purchase.
